Over the past few days we saw Clawdbot go mega viral, cause tons of security problems, lead to crypto scams, and even go through 3 name changes.

Perhaps we overestimated and moved to fast?

This past week we saw massive stock selloffs, erasing $1 Trillion in AI stock valuations.

Perhaps there is too much hype?

1 person says AI is all hype..

Then next person says it’s fundamental..

So what is it? Is AI smoke and mirrors or is it just hype?

I think 2 things are happening here.

AI fundamentally changes the way we interact with the world. It’s uncomfortable. It’s says, adapt or die.

We can’t predict exactly where things are going, BUT I do know the skills I have today, aren’t enough for tomorrow.

This year, I learn knew skills.

This year I surround myself with the right people.

This year I level up.

I’ve already started!

In fact, I started last year! I’m learning from fortune 500 marketers, testing new AI, and doubling down on YouTube.

I don’t say this to brag, I say to this to prove a point.

Self development is about execution.

The pressure here is on roles responsible for moving information between teams.
