Guys, it’s ok to be scared.
AI and robotics are moving into our spaces very fast.
Everyone will be impacted.
I don’t know how fast these changes will hit, but they will.
Change is already happening at scale!
One thing I find interesting is poor AI role outs from leaders.
For example, If you want your staff to use AI, you need to give them structure.
It’s not fair to just say everyone use AI, or else your fired.
This leads to a myriad of problems. In fact, 33% of employees say they actively sabotage AI adoption efforts!
My recommendation?
Give specific people, with specific roles, specific tools, for specific problems.
Make sure you’re able to measure the effectiveness, and be sure your team knows how you will measure.
If there’s one thing people value its fairness and transparency.
Yes, we need to rollout AI into our organizations, but we need to do so with empathy and clarity.

Fertility Rate Collapses To 1.6 In US
Global fertility fell from 4.9 in the 1950s to 2.4 today. Over half of countries below replacement rate. The United States sits at 1.6. People are living longer while the workforce shrinks.
The Update:
Raising children is leadership. It creates legacy. It strengthens society.
Technology cannot replace what strong homes and children bring into the future.
On a business side, we should see large opportunities for AI to impact health and wellness.

“Are we on track for product launch in November. Check engineering progress, pilot program results, risks. Give me a probability.”
“Review my calendar and email from the last month and create five to seven buckets for projects I spend the most time on with percentage of time spent and short descriptions.”

These only work because the data is clean and the systems are set. Outputs are only as good as inputs.

Entry roles that once built careers are vanishing. Focus on higher-value skills and leadership.
If AI does the basic work, your role must move to direction, vision, and human authority.
Agriculture Replaced By AI Machines
AI drones and robotic harvesters are increasing crop yields 15 percent and cutting labor costs by 40 percent in Europe. Israel already runs orchards with robotic arms picking apples. The future of farm work is no longer human.
The Update:
Physical labor is no longer safe from automation.
Men must invest in resilience by learning how to lead, strategize, and solve new problems.
Survival will not be about effort alone but about adaptability.
