I frequently see this type of comment on my YouTube Channel

“I’ve been using robots for years, it’s a total flop. More babysitting than it’s worth”

or

“AI just spits out garbage. It’s all a scam to give companies an excuse to fire people”

Listen, I’m not going to say you’re wrong.

No one can predict the future.

Guys, we need to focus on what we CAN control.

It’s easy to say “well it’s never worked before, so I don’t need to worry”.

but honestly, I think now is the time to be brave and courageous.

To look change in the face and say, “I’m going to grab my surfboard”.

It’s your decision what happens next.

You DO have control.

As men, our families, friends, employees, and communities rely on us.

Will you become the leader you’re meant to be?

Federal AI Neutrality Rule Coming

The White House plans new rules for AI tools that federal agencies buy. The basic idea is simple. The tool must not favor or punish any viewpoint. Vendors will need to show short test results and say what data the tool learned from.

A person must review important decisions before action is taken. Agencies will keep basic logs so work can be checked later. Contracts will favor bidders who can prove these steps clearly.

The Update:

Rules are coming and leaders prepare early.

Tell your legal and policy partners that you want simple documentation for how your team uses AI.

Keep the focus on clarity and fairness so audits are not a surprise.

Show that your group can balance speed with accountability.

Be the example others point to when new standards arrive.
