This week I attended Patrick Bet David’s Vault conference.
Nearly 10,000 professional, forward-thinking attendees
AI and growth was a huge topic of conversation.
Industries are changing very quickly, and everyone is looking for an edge.
I believe we are at an inflection point.
I plan to reinvent myself every 1-2 years.
The reality is AI is moving SO fast and it’s up to us to find new opportunities and problems to solve.
Today, I share a few lessons and takeaways from the conference so you can get an inside look (without spending thousands of dollars)!

Tony Robbins has mentored presidents, CEO’s, and NBA champions.
He’s incredibly impressive.
At one moment, he had all 10,000 people jumping and yelling for 10 seconds.
It was INSANE!

Anyway, his major topic was surviving the AI revolution.
His thesis is there are 3 key steps:
Pattern Recognition - Study what’s happened in the past, and what’s happening now. Find what’s working for others.
Pattern Utilization - Adopt winning formulas. Reverse engineer the strategies of your competitors.
Pattern Creation - Innovate and find new avenues others haven’t thought of yet.

AI Moving Into HR

Patrick Bet David announced Hire Metrics at the conference.
You upload your resume. The platform reviews it. If you qualify, you get invited to an AI interview IMMEDIATELY.
Five minutes. Seven day expiration. Recruiters get instant scores. Applicants not hired are saved and matched to future openings.
The Update:
HR is one of the most vulnerable professions.
This is yet another example of using AI to screen applicants.
If you’re a fit, you speak with a human, if not you go into the database until a spot opens up.
But this isn’t a new idea. Paradox AI has screen millions of applications.
What is new is the idea of AI interviews. This has the potential to be a huge game changer when it comes to hiring. Especially when combined with the influence and network of Patrick Bet-David.
The average sales team uses 5 to 7 tools just to run outbound.
Robotics Moving Faster In China

He was shocked how advance their robots are.
In the US we are behind. Tesla Optimus and Figure are working, but the gap is wide.
He see’s a vision where we import many bots from China.

Robots stocking. Robots vacuuming. Robots doing repetitive work that humans used to do.

Every job needs to be seen through the lens of automation.
Just 1 month ago someone told me a robot could NEVER take their warehouse job.
It’s very important to build strong relationships, and adapt to robots in your workplace. THEY ARE COMING!
Reinvention Is The Only Constant

In a world where nothing is predictable you have to reinvent yourself. My business has changed a lot over the last few years.
It is going to keep changing. Honestly, I do not know where I will be in two years. Nobody does.
That is exciting.
That is what keeps us sharp.
The Update:
Men, reinvention is survival.
Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to reinvent yourself.
I think this is a good time to take healthy risks.
We’re going to see the board reset and many jobs displaced.
Don’t get stagnant boys!
